Chamfering machine for Peripheral Finishing of Tiles
- Rajasthan Chamfering gauges the two side dimensions of a tile and then chamfers its four upper edges
- It can accommodate tiles with a maximum width of 610 mm
- This machine is supplemented with a cleaning unit (mopping & blow drying)
- Usually chamfering is not performed on tiles that are used for flooring

Below mentioned is a basic list of machinery that is required to produce slabs from untrimmed block. Additional machinery such as swivel cranes, pneumatic lifters are optional and can be supplied
- Rajasthan Gantry Crane to lift/handle
- Omega to do dress the block
- Otto-R/L to saw the block into slabs
- Portick to make definite slabs & cut ends of slabs
- Advantage to polish the slabs
- Roller benches for movement of material between machines
Tile Line
Below mentioned is a basic list of machinery that is required to produce tiles from untrimmed block. Additional machinery such as swivel cranes, pneumatic lifters are optional and can be supplied

- Portick to cut strips from the slab
- Single Disc Cross Cutter to make perfect ends from one side of the strip
- RM 065 LMS 12+3/Smart to calibrate and polish the strips
- Triple Disc Cross Cutter to make tiles from the strip
- Chamfering to chamfer the edges of the tile
- Cleaning unit to mop and blow hot air and clean the tiles
- Roller benches for movement of material between machines
