Rajasthan Udyog made Grey Iron Castings for the first time in the year 1950 for captive use and there has been no looking back ever since. The company upgraded to a state-of-art foundry in the year 2015.
The foundry is equipped with induction melting furnaces, high speed continuous sand mixers using FURAN sand system, continuous 100% sand reclamation systems and large cranes of different capacities. An extensive laboratory is set up that ensures quality parameters are met – all input raw materials are tested via wet & spectrometric analysis and the product is put through hardness, micro-structure and tensile testing.
